Responsibilities
1. Manage social media accounts, engage in social discussion and possibly convert them into a customer
Manage CRM system to facilitate portfolio management
2. Handle data processing and reporting for various marketing programs
3. Conduct regular competitive analysis report
4. Propose and develop campaign for brand awareness
5. Develop social media initiatives to support marketing program and communication
6. Social ad planning and co-create dynamic text and visual content for social media channels on daily basis
Identify new opportunities for marketing collaborations & joint partnerships
Requirements
1. Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different style/tones
2. A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online
3. Blogger or editorial experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or related discipline
4. 2 - 3 years experience in social media, digital advertising or marketing agency
5. Familiar with excel and interested in exploring and applying new technology tool in marketing
Self-motivated, detail minded, independent, team-player and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-
paced environment
6. Good in English & Cantonese and good communication skills
7. Immediate available is an advantage
