Responsibilities
- Administrative duties including, but not limited to:
Coordinate and manage workflow schedules with team
- Manage/ maintain our team project management system, work calendar and CRM/ Care system
- General ad-hoc tasks including, but not limited to general office housekeeping, stationery, purchases
- Customer communication handling / engagement for team (oversee and manage office phone, emails, client tickets, meet and greet guests for team meetings)
- Supplier / partner / client / new staff onboarding
- Basic accounting support (expense receipt management)
- Assist with website content / design team support (liaison with print production houses/ partners)
Requirements
- Strong team-player willing to lend help to ad-hoc tasks at short notice
- Friendly, pleasant disposition with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously to get the job done
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail and Google Docs
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
- Impeccable administration and organisation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with an inherent sense of care
- Experience working with print work is highly regarded, however not expected
The Assistant will work closely with our Managing Director and small team to ensure that all is running efficiently. This is not a technical role, nor is it a design role - it's an administrative/ customer engagement role, which our team simply can not do without! Systems training will be provided. This will be a role will bloom with the candidate, presenting career growth opportunities in future.
