Casetify is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Marketplace Business Development Associate (Amazon), directly reporting to the Business Development & Social Media Manager, to join our team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. They must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability and effectiveness.
The Job
- Devise and execute strategic plans to increase revenue for online marketplaces
- Monitoring and optimise daily sales performance
- Initiate promotional strategy to drive sales
- Create product listings on the relevant platforms and update product detail pages
- Other responsibilities include filling incoming POs, tracking & maintaining inventory, forecasting demand, and increasing sales volume
- Achieve assigned sales target in order to increase the market share
- Identify sales opportunities on new online marketplaces
- Prepare budget, sales forecast reports and support various market research
- Monitor competition and market trends in order to expand and maintain the existing product pipeline
The Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant selling experience on e-Commerce marketplace platforms
- Passionate about technology, fashion and lifestyle brands
- Experience with managing B2B / B2C businesses and customer service
- Excellent in verbal and written communication in English. Additional foreign languages will be a plus
- Data-driven and possess an analytical mindset
- Wants to be part of a growing start-up team
- Knowledge of e-commerce toolkit such as Magento, Shopify is an advantage
