Responsibilities: -
Assist in customer service for ANGEL cardholders on products, orders and deliveries queries
Addressing cardholders’ concerns and complaints
Maintain and update cardholders’ records
Serve as a point of contact for Merchants, customers and cardholders
Contact Merchants and customers to obtain missing information for listing process
To provide secretarial and administrative support on a variety of tasks for CEO
Provide team support on other area where needed e.g. marketing, events etc.
Requirements:-
Good English and Mandarin
A team player with high level of dedication with a customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, an eye for detail and work well with a team
