My passion is to build a product that will create an impact in the society. I would like to create a change which will focus on user needs and value customer expectation/satisfcation. I would like to build a brand trust among the customers which enhances user experience.

My belief is to give a chance to yourself, whether you succeed or fail, follow your passion. Value people you are surrounded with in personal or professional life. I also believe in growing along with the team and able to create as much as opportunities for myself as well as for others.

Currently 90% of bus tickets are sold by offline(paper ticket) by agents, no clarity of tickets sold to operators and there is no customer experience for bus travellers. Even though if customer books ticket from ticketing platform they have to suffer lot due to untrained staff and untimely buses.
We have built an app which will work offline and online for ticket booking and for us customer experience is must so we are maintaing end to end travel business which includes customer service, route planning & branding.
It will allow the bus operator to earn more revenue and there will be full transparency about business. We are using Artificial Intelligence to reduce Bus Accidents.
