Ø Lead and supervise the programming Team on development and support activities;
Ø To supervise technically the development, maintain awareness of new technologies, adopt IT best practices to construct solutions alongside the management of (internal / external) development team;
Ø Plan and manage overall new product development, design, and customer presentation, lead whole process of communication for product design & technology with customers and sales team.
Ø Experience in managing process revamp, upgrade, IT projects or vendor management for project delivery
Ø Solid regulatory and compliance experience
Ø Work with the team to design, code and test technical solutions from start to finish
Ø Work with Project Managers and/or Development Team Leaders to define priorities, build project plans and estimations.
Ø Create technical documentation and is quality driven in term of deliverables.
Ø Perform business / technical analysis and work closely with users and solution providers to recommend changes and align business process, people, and operations.
Ø Perform ad hoc assignment from time to time as assigned by CEO
Salary range / month : HK$ 60k-80k
