Would you like to help us win new business, maintain our excellent level of customer service, and keep our existing clients happy?
The Job
You will be expected to:
- Find new clients, and help our Operations and Marketing Teams with the existing ones
- Develop your own client portfolio: your typical client will be any company importing from Asia (ranging from promotional products to apparel, toys and electronics sold in the high street)
- Identify and nurture your prospects, maintaining good contact with them, and successfully closing deals
- Encourage our existing clients to consider additional services, politely encourage them to use our services more often, and make sure they’re making the best use of the tools we provide them (such as our online dashboard)
You will sometimes be asked to:
- Travel to visit our clients in China and Hong Kong
The Candidate
It could be you, if you are:
- Experienced with B2B sales (2-3 years)
- A great negotiator, good at reading the room and working across different cultures
- Native in German and fluent in English
It also helps if you:
- Familiar with the third-party quality industry
- Are good at managing your own schedule without close supervision
- Learn fast and thrive in a dynamic environment
