We are looking for a Finance and Compliance Analyst to join our team in Hong Kong.
This role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial reports (example: Financial Resource Return report) to be submitted to the SFC
- Assisting in the audit, inspection and preparation of internal financial reports including budgets, forecasts and actual tracking
- Assist the Finance Manager and the team in performing due diligence on tech companies
- Assist the Finance Manager and the team in performing Financial Analysis on potential investment targets
- Assist in Human Resource related matters
- Doing any other jobs/assignments of relevance to the team including those pertaining to our group companies
Requirements:
- Graduate degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Law or other related disciplines
- Possesses at least 1 year of experience in the fields of financial analysis, controlling, accounting, audit, and/or compliance.
- Prior work experience in a SFC regulated entity will be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficient other Microsoft Office skills
- Fluency in English - Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills
- Passionate about tech and innovation scene
