//Who we are looking for:
AlikeAudience is looking for a Full-time Business Analyst to work out of our HONG KONG office and be responsible for managing our existing platform partnerships (Google DV360, Lotame, Liveramp, TheTradeDesk, Amobee, AppNexus, Oath, Facebook, Nielsen Marketing Cloud, AdColony).
You will report to our CEO and work collectively with our senior management to build annual forecast plans and leverage our platform partnerships to exceed revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying the latest market demand for data use cases and audience segments, leveraging platforms network to request introductions to end clients, and working with internal teams to make sure that audience segments are live and fresh across platforms.

//Responsibilities:
• Actively communicate to the Product team how our audience data offerings are being received by platforms
• Help identify potential new data use cases and audience segment demand from end clients, media planners, and agency trading desks, via existing platform partnership
• Build annual forecast plans by analysing a combination of platform spend reports and intelligence gained from existing platform partners
• Create and Execute on a strategic plan to exceed revenue KPIs
• Leverage on platform partnerships to build connection and referrals to agency trading desks, media planners, and end clients
• Introduce the right contacts of ATDs, media planners, and end clients to AlikeAudience sales team for pitching and presentations
• Manage a team of Data Strategists by sharing the latest market demand
• Work with internal Data Strategists to present to platforms
the best data solutions with deep vertical expertises (CPT, Auto, Retail, Travel, etc.)
• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure audience segments are live and fresh across platforms
• Build senior management relationships with platform partners
• Master and demonstrate complex data management platform in an abstraction for easy understanding by decision makers
• Evangelise in the AdTech landscape and industry events about AlikeAudience
//Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of account management or business development experience in MarTech or AdTech landscape and mobile specific technology
• Solid technical understanding of data privacy, data collection, data onboarding from raw data then integration to audience segments, and integration with all major platforms
• Previous operational experience with DSP, DMP, SSP is required
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
• Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability with senior management or international scale enterprises
• Existing connections with decision makers and key industry players is preferred
• Strength in coordinating multi-functional teams
• Willingness and ability to work in multiple time zones or travel to key markets to maintain platform partnership and product update
• Work in a fast-paced, energetic, and flexible startup environment, with a talented, diverse, and forward-thinking team
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
