We are currently adding to our Hong-Kong team of talented, young & hungry individuals to help Agorize become a key player in Asia and the world! More specifically, you will be integrating our Community team with a single objective: supporting innovators worldwide in getting their ideas in motion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The general purpose of this role is to play an essential part in our user acquisition and retention activities. You will have the chance to work closely with different stakeholders across all departments and be supervised by the Head of User Acquisition (Communities).
CHALLENGE PROJECT MANAGEMENT 30%:
Plan project task allocation
Manage and support stakeholders contribution
Handle communication and reporting with our Project Alchemists
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING 30%:
Create marketing content for current challenges and the Agorize platform
Assist with advertising set up across social media & search engine advertising platforms
Monitor campaign results and help with optimization strategies
SCOUTING 20%:
Strategize and execute scouting plans using different online tools that help create awareness for potential participants to join the Agorize platform
Proactively run outreach automation tools that can help establish new contacts and conversations with potentially interested partners and participants
SEO & LEAD GENERATION OPTIMIZATION 20%:
Research and develop new tactics and initiatives to maximize Search Engine Optimization and lead generation for the Agorize platform and running challenges
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Skills: Fluency in English, written and oral (bonus: Cantonese, Mandarin and/or French)
- Attitude: An entrepreneurial mindset. You are ready to proactively contribute to the team. Expect a very hands-on job in a fast-paced environment working with a dynamic and international team across the Agorize offices
- Ideal Experience: Past experience working in project management, social media marketing and results-driven environment
- Communication: Strong convincing negotiation skills with a track record in building win-win partnerships is valued. Our communication content is based heavily on writing (and sometimes visual), so strong storytelling/ design skills are essential and preferred.
- Growth hacking mindset: Strategize the most innovative campaigns to attract innovators to our platform and ready to bring everything to the next level
- Extra: having a good sense of humor is a HUGE plus ;)
