After helping thousands of talent from over 145 countries, our ambition is to bring our vision to Asia. And it works!

After only 6 months of activities in Hong Kong, 5 leading companies (BNP Paribas, HK Science Park, Société Générale, OnePlus, The HK Jockey Club) have put their trust in us to organize their own innovation challenge.

Given that context, we are now building up our Hong-Kong team of talented, young & hungry individuals to become a key player in Asia!


We are looking for someone ambitious and results-oriented to build our network of innovators in Asia from A to Z:

  • 70% Growth Hacking: You will be responsible for creating and managing key partnerships with relevant universities, students’ unions, incubators and accelerators throughout Asia in order to broadcast our online competitions. (Prospecting, phoning, mass emailing, engage new partners, signing up new contracts, follow up)  
  •  20% Networking: You will also be responsible for the organization of offline events (Universities presentations / Awards Ceremonies / Job Fairs) to attract the best talent (students / IT profiles / startups) and convince them to join our online innovation challenges.
  •  10% Community Management: You will also be in charge of the whole Community Management for Agorize Asia. Facebook, Twitter, Wechat, Line, etc will be your daily tools to promote our platform

Last but not least, you will be part of a team which is launching a business from scratch in Asia, there will be a lot of unscheduled stuff to do! Expect a very hands-on job!


You are bilingual in English and in Mandarin. Speaking a third language is a plus! Knowing the Asian culture is crucial!

 You have outstanding communication skills with a track record in building win-win partnerships. You are results-driven and willing to quickly expand Agorize’s community in Asia:

  • Growth hacking mindset: Identify and reach out to potential partners, and build long-term relationships with them
  • Creative and outgoing: Design and execute creative partnerships and ambassadors’ campaigns
  • Having great commercial skills will be a plus for this mission – as you will eventually sell our technology to our partners

You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you are a proactive multi-tasker, ambitious, and with the capability to “think out of the box”. You are enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn! You do not take NO as an answer and you are not afraid to run the extra mile.

You have a deep passion for innovation, ideally with your own network in the startup ecosystem; and you would like to be part of our project to become THE go-between in Asia by convincing top universities and incubators to partner with us!

You love difficult challenges and you are ready to take on this ONE!


Contract: Full time

Salary range / month :  HK$ 20k-40k
