Global value of goods transported are expected to grow to a total value of US$68.5 trillion by 2050 according to a Trade Flow Report prepared by HSBC. However, with increasing global uncertainty and rapid technological advances, is the industry well prepared for its future?

Customers are increasingly concerned about their trades data visibility and transparency whereas a majority of carriers and freight forwarders are still using traditional (and often antiquated) systems and as such fail to meet their clients’ expectations.

Companies need to innovate and adopt the latest technology to serve customers better, but digitalisation requires new talent skill sets and hiring cost will rise. We need solutions to continually innovate to cope with future transformations and to remain competitive.

Join industry thought leaders for What’sNext? Digital Logistics, powered by Nest to discuss how startups can help established companies to adapt and use emerging technologies to stay ahead of the pack.

We are inviting key speakers from high profile startups that use innovative technologies to transform the logistics industry. Ranging from blockchain to power trucking solutions to software platforms that give seamless end-to-end supply visibility and execution.

- Darren Palfrey, Chief Operations Officer of Gravity Supply Chain
