The recent corona outbreak has prompted companies to establish new ways of working within teams. NGOs, startups and corporate employees are dragged into the rapid experimentation of remote coordination. Many of them have quickly adapted to these new challenges by using technology as a tool to coordinate teams, engage investors, customers or beneficiaries.

 Objective:

  • Explore the concept of “virtual leadership”
  • Discuss the virtual team management tools and strategies
  • Apply the virtual leadership frameworks in the context of crisis
  • Meet and network with Social Entrepreneurs Meetup members

A practitioner aiming at advancing global development by fostering the exchange and growth of progressive ideas, formulating disruptive business strategies, and driving entrepreneurial pursuits that challenge the conventional business models.

2. Lola Chetti
(Change consultant & Leadership coach at Holding Space Coaching)
Lola is a change consultant and leadership coach based in Hong Kong, she has been working around SE Asia for over 10 years. She has over 2700 hours of coaching hours. She holds a Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change w Distinction from INSEAD Business School and runs an active Coaching and Training practice specializing in leadership development training and executive coaching, working with clients from multinationals and local companies.

3. Bolun Li
(Co-founder of Development Innovation Insiders, "Diinsider")
Diinsider is a content creator and solution provider for consumers, entrepreneurs and partners in the “Bottom of Pyramid (BoP)” market. At Diinsider, we connect SMEs/entrepreneurs/social enterprises in the BoP market with addressable markets and product exposure. We also help policymakers, development agencies and impact investors to identify the real need or addressable market in emerging countries, to scale up social and economic impacts with grassroots oriented initiatives.
