In partnership with Britcham & DBS, this event will focus on the options for owners of well established, mid stage companies to continue their growth trajectories and prepare for potential exit.  For many, this may include several further rounds of equity funding (Series C to Z ..), while other businesses, with more tangible assets, may see greater benefits in leveraging up and raising debt financing.

At the same time as running the company, owners need to be thinking ahead about major liquidity events and exit strategies. Preparing for IPO or sale of all or part of the business means examining all the pros and cons, and considering how decisions that you make today could ensure a successful transaction in the future.
