
GlobeScan and Dream Impact are excited to co-present: The Future of Business Leadership: the essential attributes of high-impact corporate sustainability leadership and how companies can combine and apply those characteristics for future success. As one of our Non-Resident Partners, GlobeScan’s CEO Chris Coulter* will be visiting Hong Kong in the last week of June for this series of lectures and workshops. He will draw on his latest book (All In) which covers this topic, and discuss his experiences with the audience (i.e. you) in an informal, interactive setting.

*Chris works with leadership organizations to help them better understand and respond to shifting stakeholder expectations, build trust with key constituencies and exert greater influence in shaping the future. He has two decades of experience in providing evidence-based counsel in the areas of reputation, purpose and sustainability. He is passionate about building trusted and recognized leadership for GlobeScan’s clients and works with a broad roster of clients, including Citibank, McDonald’s, Unilever, PepsiCo, Manulife and many others. Chris has substantive international experience having lived in North America, Europe and Asia and works with GlobeScan clients in all regions of the world. He is also a member of SustainAbility’s Council and is a Board Member of Canadian Business for Social Responsibility and Good World Solutions.
#Carmen Ng is Director of Sustainability at Langham Hospitality Group. In her role, she leads and drives the sustainability strategy within the Group. She is responsible for a diverse range of sustainability programmes including strategy and policies development, management system, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting. She also believes in sustainability is everyone’s responsibility and her role is implanting this concept like a DNA into every colleague in the company.
Prior to joining Langham Hospitality Group, she was the Environmental Manager of EC Harris, the facility management company for the entire HSBC portfolio in Hong Kong. With nearly 20 years professional experience in environmental sustainability, Carmen gained her corporate environmental expertise by working for private consultancies in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, the local NGO (Business Environment Council), and the government authority (Environmental Protection Department, HKSAR). Carmen completed her BSc Environment Studies in University of Southern California and MSc Environmental Science in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
`Kelvin Cheung started his social innovator journey in 2008, founding FoodCycle, a community food movement in the UK that continues to thrive in more than 30 locations across the UK. In 2013, he moved back to Hong Kong, setting up UnLtd HK Foundation and took up leadership as CEO of Good Lab, a social innovator co-working space and consultancy. He is also leading now the expansion of Bulbshare, a co-creation technology platform, to Asia, leveraging on the connections that he's made over the years. At the core of all this is finding the right people to be part of the right team, a task that never ends and he finds quite hard in Hong Kong. His main focus now is to bring together unlikely allies and partners to co-create for Hong Kong and beyond. Kelvin is married, with a young daughter, and 5 bicycles.
^Wander is an all-round senior executive in the consultancy industry with 20+ years’ business and management experience in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. With a passion for social development and sustainability, he is involved in advisory functions for strategy, business development and management. His professional goals are to bring more business acumen and skills to not-for-profit organizations and at the same time, instill more social awareness and CSR policies at commercial enterprises.
Wander is Director for GlobeScan and responsible for the operations and business of the company in Asia Pacific. GlobeScan is an international research consultancy which was established in 1987.
