Michelle Kwok is the Small Business Specialist for Xero in Hong Kong. In her role, she helps startups & small-medium businesses perform efficiently and run their business beautifully in the cloud.
Prior to becoming a Small Business Specialist, she also spent some time as a Partner Development Representative for Xero helping onboard accounting and bookkeeping firms become successful partners of Xero. With experience in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) at various multinational companies including IBM and Yahoo, Michelle is passionate about transforming industries through technology.
