What do Apple, Google, and McDonald’s have in common? These companies go to surprisingly great lengths to protect their trademarks, which serve as badges of origin, informing consumers of where the consumed products/services come from.

Trademarks are an integral part of a company’s branding and business. It could potentially be a crucial source of intangible value for the company, by distinguishing the product/service and reinforcing brand awareness.

Join us this evening for a session to find out how to make the most out of trademarks! Against a Singapore legal backdrop, we will be covering areas including:

(a) What constitutes a good trademark
(b) Why are trademarks important for businesses
(c) How to secure, protect and commercialize trademarks.
