Rex Leung

Rex is an experienced practising CPA and a fellow member with HKICPA who specialises in handling professional financial audit and assurance engagements in investment, real estate, trading, professional and public service sectors. He has been serving over 1,000 corporates each year since he started his practice in 2008. During his time with PwC, the clients were mainly the blue-chip real estate companies, REITs, reputable NGOs and educational institutions in HK and also the MNCs with headquarters in US, UK, France, Switzerland, Finland, Holland, Singapore and Japan.

 

Janice Chew

As a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and Malaysia, Janice draws upon her network of professional expertise in Southeast Asia to offer bespoke and pragmatic legal solutions for clients across business scales, particularly cross-border mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance for listed and licensed corporations. She advises industry leaders in telecommunications, smart mobility, property development and asset management, and stewards the growth of cutting-edge technology startups in virtual assets, mobile financing and digital marketing.

 

Amy Kwan

Amy Kwan is the founder and CEO of Good Wills, and a qualified solicitor in Queensland, Australia and Hong Kong. Through her prior experience in handling estate dispute matters, not only did Amy realise the importance of having a Will, but also a Will that correctly reflects the wishes and intention of the deceased. Amy has helped numerous clients in both Queensland and Hong Kong with different backgrounds and circumstances in drafting local Wills and Wills for other jurisdictions that best suit their personal needs.
