Today’s exploration is into Building Information Modeling (BIM), Smart Buildings, and the knowledge Smart Citizens will need to prepare living and building a new future in Hong Kong. In this session, Rosana will illustrate how new technologies such as BIM, GIS, and augmented reality can transform any city into a Smart City and any environment into a Smart Environment.

Full Lifecycle Management is a key solution for Hong Kong and Belt and Road countries.  This concept extends from design to construction to facility management, to even green building simulations.  Rosana will share with us how this concept is changing the way we build and maintain our communities in Hong Kong.
