The aim of this workshop is to show Hong Kong based startups how to successfully scale their product by adding new markets (locales) and augmenting their existing user base with new and undiscovered segments.
This talk will cover topics such as UX Research, Legal and Compliance in new markets, Security and Privacy best practices and how to re-factor a business model.
Lastly, the speaker will also give a holistic view of the startup and product scene in Europe covering both some success stories and some failures to learn from.
