Ilya Belikin - Product Manger @ LYNK

Ilya Belikin is a Designer and a Product Manager. He was leading software products development with cross-functional teams for more than a decade in a variety of industries: e-commerce, logistics, enterprise expert systems, smart home.

Ilya moved to the South of China in 2012 for a project, end up falling in love with Hong Kong and settling down here. In Hong Kong, Ilya dived into tech startups focusing on design contextually aware experience for smart office, home; IoT in general.

Being a lifetime learner, Ilya recently joined Lynk where he is leading the development of a platform for knowledge sharing at scale.


Alfreda Yu - Experience Design Director @ Isobar

Alfreda has 19 years of experience design and usability experience, beginning with Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction at Stanford University. Supported by her technical background, she has been able to combine her passion for delivering delightful user experiences in the front-end with considerations for technical feasibility. After obtaining her Masters degree, she spent three years in Internet consulting in the San Francisco Bay Area, then subsequently at Yahoo! US, leading interaction design for their US shopping site. Returning to Hong Kong, she worked in similar capacities with CSL and Philips. Now Experience Designer Director for Isobar HK, she oversees the Experience Design team on large digital platform builds, regional campaigns and all projects Experience Design related. Client Experience Includes Audi, Rosewood Hotel Group, Estée Lauder, FWD Insurance, Marriott Hotels, Jumping Gym, Darlie, Swire Hotels, Hong Kong Land, Wall Street English China and Uniqlo.


Damien Bell - Director - Hong Kong & Greater China @ Cogs Agency

Ex-Marketing & PR Manager and now digital talent specialist with over 13 years industry experience working in both large and small organizations.

Moved to Hong Kong in 2012 to launch Cogs Agency into the region. Since then we have gone on to support large multinational corporations, SME’s and startups in identifying and attracting niche specialist and often niche skills/talent, particularly within the field of UX/CX, data analytics, product management, marketing and technology
