Ilya Belikin is a Designer and a Product Manager. He was leading software products development with cross-functional teams for more than a decade in a variety of industries: e-commerce, logistics, enterprise expert systems, smart home.
Ilya moved to the South of China in 2012 for a project, end up falling in love with Hong Kong and settling down here. In Hong Kong, Ilya dived into tech startups focusing on design contextually aware experience for smart office, home; IoT in general.

Alfreda has 19 years of experience design and usability experience, beginning with Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction at Stanford University. Supported by her technical background, she has been able to combine her passion for delivering delightful user experiences in the front-end with considerations for technical feasibility. After obtaining her Masters degree, she spent three years in Internet consulting in the San Francisco Bay Area, then subsequently at Yahoo! US, leading interaction design for their US shopping site.
