SPEAKERS' BIO
George Pór is a UK-based mentor & strategic learning partner to visionary leaders in business, civil society and government. He is a pioneer of collective intelligence research and the founder of Enlivening Edge, the online magazine and movement hub of next-stage organisations. He is also an invited speaker at the 2nd China Organisational Evolution Forum, Shanghai, Nov 2-3, 2018, and at the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre, Hong Kong. His present research focus is Creating a Meshwork of Communities of Practice in Unleashing the Emancipatory Potential of AI-Enhanced Collective Intelligence. Anna Simpson is Director and Chief Innovation Coach at Flux Compass, supporting organisations and individuals to thrive in change. Her specialisms are futures thinking and culture design. She is also a Co-Active Life Coach and Curator of The Futures Centre, a worldwide horizon scanning community tracking change for sustainability. Anna has published two books, most recently The Innovation-Friendly Organization(Palgrave Macmillan, 2017), exploring how companies and other collectives can embrace change. Her first book, The Brand Strategist’s Guide to Desire (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014), challenges brands to shift their emphasis from sales to fulfilment.
