Rosie Hampson, Programme Lead - Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab Asia-Pacific
Rosie is the Programme Lead of the Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab Asia-Pacific, a 12-week mentorship programme for early to growth stage fintech start-ups, partnering with 22 financial institutions. Rosie has proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, across financial services, specialising in CX & digital marketing. She has a strong passion for innovation and is always looking for new technologies & ways of working to help evolve the industry.
Graduating from Newcastle University with honours in International Business & French, Rosie has worked in Paris, London & Hong Kong.
Justin Kim, Manager, Business Development - Taiger
Justin is a Manager at Taiger and responsible for driving the firm's growth engagement and strategy in international markets. Prior to joining Taiger, Justin worked at Bloomberg where he managed business development across a number of financial technology product lines. Justin also previously worked in the management consulting group at Bain & Company and in the corporate strategy team at e-commerce marketplace Ticket Monster. Justin holds a B.A. in International Relations & Affairs from Tufts University.
Karen Contet Farzam, Co-Founder at WHub, Board of Directors - FinTech Association of Hong Kong
Karen is an international speaker (Vivatech, RISE, JSConf), a French Foreign Trade Advisor, ambassador of the FrenchTech, community leader for Techstars and mentor for several accelerator programs. Karen has been working in Asia for 13 years, starting in Tokyo as JP Morgan Exotic Equity Derivatives Trader to Software Engineer for an IoT Startup and teaching Front-End Web Development. She is also immersed in the Tech Scene, speaker at JS conference 2015 in Singapore and founder of Women WhoCodeHK. Karen has a double degree engineering diploma (France EPF - Canada ETS) and Master in Finance International from HEC Paris.
Amanda Tung, FinTech Association of Hong Kong
Amanda has over 10+ years of experience in marketing with commitment and passion in the FinTech space. She is the Founding Board of Directors at the FinTech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK). She was elected as one of the most powerful female leaders in FinTech, 2017. Amanda is also an active contributor of the blockchain ecosystem in Hong Kong. Not only does she serve as the board sponsor for the blockchain committee of FTAHK, Amanda managed marketing initiatives across ANX International group and Octagon Strategy Limited in her last role.
Igor Wos, Co-Founder - neat
Igor has been recognised in Forbes 30 under 30 for his accomplishments in FinTech. Igor co-founded Neat, a modern bank account for individuals and SMEs. Before Neat, he founded and built TofuPay, an online payment system for the Asia region which won a competition sponsored by Google in Hong Kong and developed its platform in partnership with the Swire Group and DBS Bank amongst others. Igor holds a degree in Computer Science from King’s College London.

Nio Liyanage, CSO - Accelerate
Nio is a founder, venture capital investor & business advisory professional, most recently heading up Hong Kong’s the most active investor + accelerator. With degrees in Engineering and Business, he was in the product strategy team for Apple before developing extensive experience as a management consultant over six years., and went on to build a highly profitable startup advisory boutique. Nio holds equity & board seats in 10+ ventures, has conducted 150+ workshops, and has closely supported 200+ startups in strategy, growth and fundraising. Having lived in four vastly different countries, he speaks five languages (none fluently), and gets overly excited about sport, philanthropy, and most of all spreadsheets.
