Over the weekend of September 20th, The Hong Kong Food Hackathon will return for its second year. This exciting and innovative event, a collaboration between businesses, NGOs, food innovators and futurists, aims to disrupt the food system in a circular economy. Those joining the Hackathon will put into teams with people from different disciplines with different skills. Each team will have access to a kitchen environment to explore future food recipes and product lines that are both nutricious and delicious: this might be a twist on a cultural favourite or a new regional gem.
