She'll share her entrepreneurial journey and key insights gained from founding two businesses in Hong Kong and having successfully launched more than ten of her own brands. She'll also discuss how disruption and digitisation have changed the future of business.
 
Virginia is a result and human-centred leader with 25 years of direct Asia Pacific experience in strategic management across multiple industries.  Virginia has been an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics MBA programme at The University of Hong Kong since 2009. She is authoring a book on the Future of Work titled "Still Human at Work: The new playbook for leadership in disruption."
