Proudly brought to you by Neat, Electric8 and The HQ Cowork:
"I just joined your company to run growth --- What do I do now?". This event will provide digital product and growth practitioners with sector-agnostic questions and frameworks to drive impact to their current business through the eyes of a fictional scenario of a new Head of Growth joining your business. We will cover topics such as how to translate vision into challenges that must be overcome, understanding the true health metrics and current business condition in order to set the right initiatives, and how to best structure your team and processes for impact.
