Licensing Academy
A series of online workshops will provide basic knowledge of licensing, including trademark and IP protection, royalty fee and style guide management:

Young Asian entrepreneurs engaging in art toys, e-commerce, gifts, retailing, art and digital entertainment will share how they invented their businesses with creative uses of IPs that have disrupted the market:

  • Matrix – cooperate with local illustrators to customise corporate giveaways, having great success in anti-pandemic gift products
  • Block12 Culture – (1 billion+ WeChat downloads of its Budding Pop IP)
     

Hong Kong International Licensing Show (HKILS Online) will be held concurrently with over 200 exhibitors from Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Mainland China, Malaysia, Thailand, US, Hong Kong and Taiwan, representing top global licensors/agents and independent artists/IP owners.  In which, DLAB presents you 45 Hong Kong homegrown creative force and their interesting IPs. Participating brands include popular comic characters prevalent among consumers across Asia and in-demand art toys IPs, such as B-Duck and Squly & Friends 史古利和朋友們.
