Girls in Tech Leadership Development Bootcamp (ENG)

We invited professional instructor from Australia - Jon Yeo to share pitching skill, no matter you just started your career, business or take a management role, you will actively design, develop and deliver a compelling 2-3min pitch.
Learn about the psychology of influence, the craft of speaking (tone, volume, speed, pitch, position and dynamic) and the mechanics of impact (slide, prop and body language use).
Instructor introduction:
As an executive speaker coach from Australia, Jon Yeo helps leaders tap into:
• A domain of real leadership and engagement
• Build deep connection and loyalty
• Co-create a new reality of human potential
Jon is passionate around “What does it take to create a visceral experience when you speak?” and “What if you could articulate the complex, simply and powerfully?”
Jon works with CEO’s and senior leadership teams to build trust, empathy and engagement in an increasingly distracted world.
Jon is a past Chapter President of Professional Speakers Australia (formerly National Speakers Association) and leads TEDxMelbourne, one of the world’s largest and longest running TEDx events in the world. As Licensee and Curator, he selects and prepares all speakers as well as leads 55+ volunteers around the TED vision of “ideas worth spreading”.
Past clients include SAP, Princess Cruises, Australia Post, MYOB, Melbourne University, Dept of Humans Services and Dept of Education.
