Rocket is focused on online business models that satisfy basic consumer needs across four main sectors: e-commerce, online marketplaces, travel and financial technology.


We are actively seeking a self-driven individual to work directly with the Country Manager of Hong Kong and the Philippines. Based in Hong Kong, you might be sent to Manila for training in the first weeks and will then handle all business Development in Hong Kong. You will be given the responsibility of growing our network of franchised, managed and leased partner hotels.

From day one, you will be given 100% ownership, be challenged to think creatively and overcome business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will be hired for an initial term of 6 months and must be available to occupy a full time position at the end of the 6 months’ period.

Required profile:

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Graduate student from top tier university (Chinese University of HK, HK University, HK UST, etc.)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in top consulting, banking firm or successful startup company.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills: capable to close complex sales in a very competitive market
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented with a hands-on can-do attitude and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Capability and willingness to learn quickly and change procedures to fit an ever-evolving operation process
  • Enjoy problem solving
  • Competitive remuneration
