Job Responsibility:
- Working with various teams within the company to determine the metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to drive growth
- Bringing traditional and creative ideas for business development
- A/B testing of ideas
- Analyzing data and user feedback
- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other teams (product, marketing, top management) in order to achieve certain results and make the product more user-centric
- Working within a lean startup process to drive traffic to website and social media with limited budget
- Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks; being able to apply CRO hacks for B2B business
- Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
- Prioritizing growth channels and optimizing channels in order to improve performance
- Scaling and automating the growth processes
- Knowledgeable in referral marketing with ability to create viral growth
Requirements:
- Data-driven
- Enjoy being social and can understand user behavior. Great customer relations skills; focused on customer experience
- Prior Experience in data analytics, metrics, statistics and A/B Testing
- Editing and copywriting skills
- Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
- Performance and results-oriented

- Experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely, MailChimp, HubSpot, Zapier and others
