We are expanding our Engagement and Growth Team in Hong Kong and are searching for candidates with extraordinary attention to detail, and strong communication skills. As a liaison to YBEX’s users, our Engagement and Growth Team is accountable for providing high quality service to YBEX’s users and identifying areas to improve. As an Engagement and Growth Manager, you will be the first and most important impression new customers have of YBEX.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a community acquisition plan that leverages Multiple Media Platforms, Brand Partnerships, Social Media, Email Marketing Campaigns, and Content and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Develop and execute user engagement strategies to ensure a high level of consistent platform activity and dynamic user acquisition growth strategy
• Correspond to inquiries and concerns with users
• Generate reports and track campaign efficacy
• Learn all aspects of the YBEX platform /policy and offer alternatives and options to grow community
• Share knowledge and best practices with the management and product teams to improve products and services

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Fresh graduates who are motivated will be considered
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English/Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a startup team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
