Description
Office
- Organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
- Liaising with different parties
- Create and maintain a pleasant work environment
Admin
- Preparing accounting information
- Create and update expense reports
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Communications with our community via LiveChat and Email
- Review and update the site
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is essential (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheet and accounting software
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Occasional weekend shifts will be required (with time off during week)
