ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Head of Growth or CGO to take lead of our operations to oversee daily activities across functions including product development, marketing, finance, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will translate various technologies and solutions into business values to be attained by our clients and customers. This position will help us to create products and transform our business operations and to address our growth targets and corporate vision. The position will report to the founders and Board of Directors and be accountable for multiple business KPIs including the P&L.
To be able to exceed the role expectations, you should be success-driven, determined and self-motivated while agile, creative and forefront in action. It is important that you have solid exposure in growth marketing, project delivery, pre and post-sales, product development, data analytics, whilst any insights and experiences in mobility security, cloud SaaS and turn-key mobility solutions certainly a plus. You should possess hands-on expertise in managing a diverse team and working with multiple functions. For successful role delivery, strong leadership capability, effective stakeholder management and excellent connection with business/technology partners are requisites.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Formulate business strategy with the founders to grow the product or a market
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of designers, engineers, and business executives to roll-out growth programs and projects
- Design policies and standard operating procedures that align with overall strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards in marketing, sales, and product development
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Communicate your insights and operational performance to suggest improvements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Solutions mindset: you are naturally curious and are motivated by solving problems, however complicated or ambiguous they may be
- Analytical skills: you can develop actionable insights from complex data. You have experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Technical experiences: you have worked in the tech industry or in the technical domain and have solid experiences in technology implementation
- Business and growth acumen: you have demonstrated abilities to sustain or grow a product in line with strategic priorities and are familiar with business functions including human resources, finance, supply chain, and administration
- Collaboration: you work well with other people and can handle engagement with multiple stakeholders from different teams, locally and internationally
- Initiative and ownership: you manage and deliver end-to-end projects with autonomy
- Communication skills: you can communicate complicated insights and arguments both verbally and in writing
QUALIFICATION
- University degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business/Commerce, Social Science, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of experience applying analysis to solve business problems (for example, in consulting, investment banking)
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
Past start-up experience is a plus.
