Roles and Responsibilities
Provide Technical support that includes at least the following activities:
Support Sales Team for any Technical enquiries
- Assist Customers in designing and architecting the most suitable AI solution
- Prepare and present Technical Proposal
- Maneuver some of the world’s most advanced AI applications
- Coordination and setup of various Pilot Projects and see through the project’s deployment
- Integrating AI with different IoT devices and perform through testing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Graduate with majors in Engineering, Computer Science, other STEM (Science Technology Engineering Maths) subjects or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant Technical Support and customer interaction experience. Fresh graduates with the right work attitude will also be considered
- Strong IT/Computer Knowledge including Microsoft environment, Networking, System Installation, etc.
- Good understanding of IoT devices and other hardware
- System diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Able to travel – mainly within Greater China
SKILLS:
- Good communications skills and fluency in ENGLISH and CHINESE (Putonghua)
- Attention to details, proactive
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Team and project co-ordination skills
- Knowledge of CCTV / Video streaming / image processing is preferred

- Progress into Business Solutions Consultant/Sales capacity or into a substantial role in the R&D team – depending on the preference and aptitude of the candidate.
