The mission
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Sales to join our exciting startup venture! As a small startup, your tasks will be very diverse:
- Business Development: Work closely with the CEO on the global Strategy, client acquisition
- Social Marketing management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Sales: Find new leads, support client, define Strategy
- Liaise between candidates, referrers and clients and ensure clients and candidates success
You will be granted Stock-option in the company as well as a fixed salary
The profile
The successful candidate for this position should demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- A minimum of 3 years in a fast-pace startup environment in a business development role
- Very analytic and data driven
- Energetic and proactive
- Very good communication skills (Oral and written)
- Knowledge about the HR industry is a plus
- Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
- At ease with technology and a passion for digital
- Self-motivated and able to work in a small team with minimal supervision
- Adept at learning and applying new technologies and solving new problems
Experience: Min 3 years’ experience in a client facing role in Startup
Key skills: Previous experience in Startup, Experience in Business development, sales, digital marketing and Strategy
