We are looking for a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Your central goal is to help grow the Company’s brand and product reach locally and internationally to drive leasing leads while also increasing brand loyalty, awareness and prospective customers’ data acquisition. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in performance marketing, website optimisation, SEO, SEM, A/B testing and Google Analytics. This role is regional as part of our rapid expansion throughout Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets with senior management
- Develop and implement strategies for targeting both B2C and B2B clients
- Plan and manage the performance of our social media platforms / digital marketing campaigns which includes paid search, affiliates network, performance display and content display push
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, Google Plus, etc
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience
- Prepare accurate reports on our digital marketing campaign's overall performance
- Work with the management team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital marketing campaigns
- Develop good knowledge and understanding of the co-living sector and our target demographic including mapping our competitors' digital marketing campaigns
- Report on latest trends and technologies in hospitality and co-living sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in planning and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns for APAC region
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in English as well as spoken and written Chinese
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Some agency experience would be advantage
- Experience with top/trending SEO tools
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CSS is required
- Highly analytical and independent
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
