Visual Designer – Vectr Ventures, Hong Kong
Primary Purpose:
We are looking for a visual designer with a strong sense of style, color and technology. Graphic Designers live and breathe design, typography, color theory, and composition. They’re responsible for creating stunning visuals for both print and digital media. They work closely with art directors, creative directors, copywriters, and web developers, to translate marketing and brand strategies into comps that render beautifully in print and code.

• Implement look and feel based on Sr. leaders
• Develop original design concepts
• Execute designs based on established style guides
• Participate in internal visual design presentations
• Develop detailed design specs for production
• Create outstanding visual design for all
projects that meets UX and business requirements.

• Work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is adept at juggling multiple projects
• Possess strong communication skills
• Be capable of clear, concise, and compelling verbal and written communication
• Have the ability to explain complex ideas to internal and external partners—this includes articulating design concepts and helping to pitch ideas
• The ability to openly receive direction and process constructive criticism is required.
