You now:
- Highly motivated self-starter with hustle, who wants to help build something special.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate and good with words.
- Resilient and hardworking, with a hunger to be successful.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must, with Mandarin an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the recruitment industry.
You at Vanna:
As a Sales Associate, you will help Hong Kong's best companies give a voice to their employer brand and hire the best talent around. You'll be working directly with the co-founders to:
- Communicate Vanna’s unique value proposition to our diverse client base in an effective and persuasive way.
- Drive the full sales cycle: find sales leads, contact potential clients through email and calls, attend sales meetings and guide clients through the on-boarding process.
- Help develop and optimise Vanna’s sales strategy by generating, testing and analysing creative ways to get new business.
- Can work independently and as a part of a great team, with a passion for helping our clients hire the best staff.
- Comfortable with change in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly rewarding environment.
Equity / commission / competitive salary will be provided for the right candidate.
