We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Customer Relations Assistant to join our team. If you are serviced oriented and a people person who likes working with startups and entrepreneurs from different backgrounds, then we would love to hear from you!
In your role as Receptionist / Customer Relations Assistant, you will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Front Desk and concierge duties – acts as first contact point for client and visitors in professional & friendly manner
- Respond to enquiries from new and current members via phone, email, fax, and social media and conduct site visits
- Administrative Duties – Serves as a primary resource in assisting clients in use of office facilities
- Ensure smooth operations and cleanliness of office space and facilities
- Provide basic technical support based on training provided
- Support the growth of the community and its members
- Handle check in and check out procedures
Experience/qualities:
- Customer and service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and attention to detail
- Problem solving and ability to multitask
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Presentable
- Positive attitude
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Experienced in MS Word, Excel
- Fluent English essential. Spoken Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
- Right to work in Hong Kong
