As the unspun team is gearing up for a major retail (online + pop-up) launch, the team is seeking a recent graduate / full-time student with leadership potential to join the team part-time between Feb - July, 2018 (actual duration up for discussion). Key responsibilities include:
- Ethnographic research: obtaining user feedback through brick-and-mortar and online testing
- Experience design: creating, prototyping and iterating on online and retail experience integrating unspun technology and solutions
- Fashion technology deployment: integrating body-imaging technology and generating custom-made luxury fashion items working with local and international players
- Team problem-solving: join weekly team problem solving session and contribute to creative solutions in technical aspect of the project
The intern will work directly with and learn from the company’s co-founders and a team of world-class software and hardware engineers, and will become part of an exciting journey in a retail launch.
Requirements
Candidates would be required to work at least two days per week, actual working hours is flexible business needs and candidate’s availability.
The team is looking for a candidate that is highly curious about innovation and technologies, fashion-conscious, and is committed to making change for the greater good with:
- Great empathy coupled with outstanding communication skills (English and Chinese)
- A relentless can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- A design-oriented mind with good sense of aesthetics and user-first mentality
- Previous experience with Adobe Illustrator is prefered, but no prior experience in any industries is required
And basically an overall loving human being that loves to sweat and have fun with the team.
