Uniross works closely with large distributors, e-commerce retailers & OEMs and provides high quality products and custom solutions to help them grow rapidly or achieve the desired device performance. We have embarked on an existing journey to enter into new markets and growing our presence in the existing once.
To help us in this growth journey we’re excited to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital marketing & lead generation programs.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable wearing many hats - leading both the strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll have full ownership of global marketing, driving demand with exceptional digital experiences & marketing programs and helping us reach our MQL & revenue goals. You’ll likely have 3-5+ years of direct hands-on experience, but we’re more focused on your skills than the exact years of experience.
Responsibilities
Content creation, management & Lead generation
· Manage our company’s website, including content, landing pages, SEO and performance analysis.
· Write convincing copy for Web content, social media posts & blogs.
· Device and implement Google AdWords campaigns, including keyword analysis, ad content, and reporting.
· Manage our email marketing program, including contact management, segmentation, lead nurturing, invitations and newsletters.
· Generate interest and demand through social networking.
· Produce customer case studies and testimonials as a lead generation tool.
· Manage lead entry and processing (in Odoo), including integration with other marketing systems.
· Serve as the primary liaison with freelancers, in-house designers and marketing agencies, coordinating with them to develop video and static content assets.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
· Minimum 3 years experience in lead generation / digital marketing.
Familiarity with the following marketing systems:
· Google AdWords, Analytics & Optimize.
· Email marketing solutions (MailChimp preferred)
· Social networks (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
· Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills
· Solid understanding of print and web design principles; basic graphic design skills (using Adobe/ other GD tools) is a plus
· Extreme attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Problem solver who thrives on collaboration
· Creative, self-motivated, flexible and eager to learn
· Fluent English
