Topo is a SaaS mobile data platform that enables highly efficient solutions for mobile workers in supply chain operations. Smart data entry forms can be deployed to a large range of mobile devices and computers to collect and organize information from the field. Topo enables secure collaboration among teams, integration with other systems as well as data analytics. We work mostly with large textile brands, retailers and service providers.
We're currently growing the team and are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Engineer.
Job
- Customer project management during pre-sales, implementation and after-sales
- Collect & analyse customer requirements
- Design solutions based on the Topo platform
- Handle customer calls and support tickets
- Continuously improve the user experience
- Work with the software development team on new features
- Support customers in problem solving, extensions and continuous improvements
Skills
- Strong communicator - you will be working with international clients
- Excellent English is a must, Mandarin a big plus
- Experience in project management
- Detail-oriented and clear thinker
- Experience in Javascript, HTML, CSS beneficial, but not required
- Self-driven and enjoy learning
- Delivering results within deadlines
- Experience/education in IT related disciplines and/or supply chain industries
