Our customers are in Hong Kong and other places in Asia, Europe and the US. Topo strives to become the global market leader in QC and auditing software. We're currently growing the team and are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Job
- Collect & analyse customer requirements
- Design solutions around data entry forms based on the Topo platform
- Handle customer calls and support tickets
- Continuously improve the user experience
- Work with the software development team on new features
- Support customers in problem solving, extensions and continuous improvements
Skills
- Strong communicator - you will be working with international clients
- Excellent English a must, Mandarin, Vietnamese, German or French a big plus
- Detail-oriented and clear thinker
- Solid MS Office skills (incl. Excel Pivot Tables)
- Experience in Javascript, HTML, CSS beneficial, but not required
- Self-driven and enjoy learning
- Experience/education in IT related disciplines and/or supply chain industries
