We are looking for a super dynamic and outgoing leader to oversee and manage the daily operations at one of our locations in Hong Kong.
This role suits someone with ambition - not necessarily with years of management experience. They must be highly motivated, and have natural entrepreneurial skills. We are looking for candidates who may not normally apply for Leadership roles.
We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, smart person with highly entrepreneurial instincts. If you have a great can-do attitude, outgoing and warm personality, and excellent organisation skills, then you could earn a place on our dynamic top team as we look to expand across Asia.
As a part of the team, you will be expected to do the following:
- Drive the business to achieve our goal of having the most welcoming and lovely coworking spaces
- Oversee daily operations of our space
- Ensure the team outperforms across all the activities such as Events, Social Media, Sales and Customer Service
- Build a creative and collaborative community through events and personal interactions
- Develop great relationships with members
Experience/qualities:
- Natural passion for creative business
- Outgoing and naturally good at engaging with customers
- Polished personal presentation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ideally previous management experience with small teams
- Ability to handle pressure and fast thinking
- Attention to detail and plenty of initiative
- Very strong customer service mindset
Requirements:
- University degree holder
- Experience in at least one area - start-ups, hospitality, travel and tourism, property development, investment and or other relevant areas
- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Fluent in English
- Immediate start - preferable
