Job Description
Mission: To establish and manage networks between insurance companies and corporate clients to complement and expand The CareVoice's existing portfolio
Responsibilities :
- Raise awareness for CareVoiceOS among health insurance, broker, and employer companies in Hong Kong & Greater China
- Assists key organisations to drive the successful adoption and onboarding of CareVoiceOS and help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.
- Form relationships with key stakeholders to understand a customer’s business within their industry and develop strategic roadmaps
- Partner with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales to manage customer relationships, development of new processes, and their implementation.
- Identify and resolve operational and service-related challenges to ensure customer satisfaction. Assess risks at the customer project level to develop and execute risk and contingency management plans
- Support all post-sales activities related to account management/relationship: Onboarding for initial implementation, lead on-going strategic discussions, drive valuable adoption, build strong authentic relationships, illustrate and measure the impact
- Engage in meetings and support on any tasks necessary
- Daily update project trackers to facilitate internal and external communication
- Proactively communicate with different stakeholders in projects and customers and manage the progress of multiple projects
- Development of any Standard Operating Procedures and documents necessary for the company and customers
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks when assigned
- Main outcomes: Drive customer success through Customers’ onboarding, launching, and usage of service.
Knowledge & Experience
Must:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Experience in a tech related, project management, or customer success role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
· Detail-oriented, willing to learn, hardworking, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Works well under pressure and independently, capable to handle multiple tasks with good time management skills
· Adopts a methodical approach, combined with creativity, determination, and persistence
· Team player, willing to go the “extra mile” to achieve success
Plus:
Professional experience in B2B or B2C sales and/or business development
Insurance/brokerage / health-tech experience with an extensive network across the health insurance industry
Experience in a start-up with diversity in cultural background
