1) Monitor and operate the co-living & Residential operation in ensuring that co-living repair/maintenance/upgrades and major procurement plans are carried out;
2) Produce comprehensive monthly operation analysis reports and communicate regularly with the outsource management team to ensure that execution of sales and marketing strategies are properly implemented;
3) Participate in co-living & Residential operation and sale/marketing meetings, including but not limited to co-living executive meeting, monthly budget meetings and marketing conferences;
4) Facilitate the co-living & Residential management operator in building up and maintaining good relationship with media or any related public relations;
5) Monitor Vendor selection process to conduct business audits, safety inspections, financial research and other works;
6) Ensure proper internal control procedures are in place and are in compliance with audit requirements;
7) Work with management team to review feedbacks and improve service standards and image of the co-living;
8) Review Sales and Marketing plan put forth by the management team and make suggestions for improvements;
9) Organize regular events with Marketing team;
10) Communicate with member and clients and end-users
11) Miscellaneous Ad-hoc task request during co-living & Residential operation and also enquiries/CS from tenants.
12) Assist Director / Marketing Manager in day-to-day operations at office, included CS/marketing/e-commerce/follow up with vendors and clients for all marketing activities as decided by company.
