StockViva is a HONG KONG Home-grown financial social platform. We are looking for a number of customer service representatives to be a part of our star team to manage our clients relationships and create an extraordinary user-experience into the fintech world.
Responsibilities:
- Perform warm calls regarding the contact lists;
- Report customers' feedback and suggest constructive ideas to senior management for services improvement;
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure quality customer services to client via phone call, email, social media, instant messaging professionally and promptly;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Excellent communication and telemarketing skills;
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently;
- Proficient in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing;
- HKCEE/ DSE or above, undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome.
