Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customers' enquiries and provide accurate information via online system
- Provide attractive recommendation to customers according to their needs in order to ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Report customers' feedback and suggest constructive ideas to senior management for services improvement.
- Support the operation of other customer services channels such as email, online chat and hotline enquiries.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Support general clerical and customer enquires
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and eager to assist customers of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
Salary
Salary range / month :  < HK$ 20k
