We do this by working with a huge amount of data to understand our customer behaviour and what they need at the right point in time, and working closely with stakeholders to create campaigns that will address our customers' needs.
We are looking for an independent, highly organised and result-oriented Online Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of acquisition through online marketing for various channels (e.g. search, display, Facebook) and retention through our customer relationship management (CRM) activities. You will also be given the exciting experience of starting online marketing and CRM activities in new countries as we launch in 3 more countries beyond Singapore and Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Grow StashAway’s brand awareness and acquiring customers through Online Marketing channels such as Google Adwords and Facebook
- Retain and grow the value of customers through CRM activities across emails, push notifications, in-app channels
- Work closely with different stakeholders within the company and across the region to achieve business goals
- Generate report, analyse performance and optimise campaigns to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Design and execute tests to improve performance
- Keep up to date with Industry development and best practices and find new opportunities
- Set up and launch online marketing and CRM capabilities in new countries with the proper structure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or similar analytical field
- 1-3 years experience using analytics to drive key business decisions, e.g. marketing/business/product analytics, business intelligence, CRM
- Proven track record of being able to work independently and engage with business stakeholders
- Being customer-centric is second nature to you; understanding customers’ evolving needs and educating them about our product
- Passionate and comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Self-driven and has a growth mentality; capable of independently spotting and solving an issue and willing to learn and grow independently
- Power-user of Microsoft Excel; proficient understanding of Vlookup, pivot tables, and macros. Prior experiences with SQL to access data
- Prior experience in online marketing is a huge plus, e.g. Google Adwords, Facebook, CRM, SEO
- Native proficiency in Cantonese (written and verbal); fluent in English (written and verbal) and Chinese (written)
