The Unique Opportunity
Due to continuing business success and company expansion plans, StartupCare is seeking to appoint outstanding candidates who will be responsible for generating and closing leads, establishing and leveraging strategic partnerships with major co-working spaces, accelerators and other relevant service providers for startups and entrepreneurs, while finding various opportunities to connect with entrepreneurs. This position will require one to have a good insight of startup ecosystem in China, employee benefits scene, find the touch points with different type of startups and entrepreneurs and meet their health management needs in order to quickly succeed in contributing to sales growth.
Job Description
Ø Use efficiently our growing partner network to connect with startup founders and HRs, contribute to the network expansion (e.g. Co-working spaces, accelerators, chamber of commerce, high tech park, entrepreneurs’ communities);
Ø Identify and validate effective ways to connect with entrepreneurs and raise their interest to learn more about StartupCare ;
Ø Master basics on health ecosystem, health management solution, employee benefits and FAQs;
Ø Deliver presentation; co-organize offline events for market education, partnership proposal, etc.
Ø Work together with marketing team to put forth promotional materials/tools and marketing events desired by startup founders and HRs;
Ø Reach weekly lead generation and quarterly sales target;
Ø Be well acquainted with startup environment and ecosystem in China;
Ø Keep skills and knowledge up to date by constantly participating in educational opportunities, reading professional
publications, growing and maintaining personal network.
Knowledge & Experience
Ø Bachelor degree required
Ø 3+ years professional experience in commercial and/or business development areas related to startup ecosystem;
Ø Willing to learn, striving for improving and achieving results, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ø Work well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with good time management skills;
Ø Team player > being able to coordinate with multiple cross functional teams to deliver the result, start-up environment > willing to go “extra mile” to achieve a success;
Ø Adopts methodical approach, combined with creativity, determination and persistence – innovation driven;
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and good level of English;
